This special division of Premier Concrete Pumping was set up at the request of some of our customers and all of the companys machines are from market leading manufacturers. Some have even been bespokely built for us.
The division has limited its fleet to a small and manageable size and has its own trained staff and knowledgeable management team.
This way we can give the service expected by us and demanded by our customers.
This is one of the best restricted access piling rigs; powerful and reliable, built with safety in mind.
Weighing under 15 tonne, with an 8m mast and being able to drill up to a 450/508 auger/casing size, the Klemm 709 is one of the most versatile rigs on the market. You can drill 7.5m of auger in a single strike which is also a big benefit. They also feature interlock safety gates.
With a few tweaks, the machines can be changed to be able drill up to a 600/660 auger/casing size and with the option to drop the mast down to 5m these rigs have become a valued part of of our hire fleet.
These are specially made trailer-mounted grout pumping systems originally utilised for soil nailing on the M1 Widening Project between Junctions 10-13 near Luton. All the equipment was chosen to minimise weight and to ensure that the trailer units met height restrictions for working under bridges and underpasses on the motorway.
Each unit comprises a silo for containing dry powder cement, a wet mixing system and a pump option. Previously weve used a Putzmeister P11 and a Colcrete COL410, all c/w with its own generator power source.
Although designed originally for a particular site, these units are versatile and adaptable to many applications.
